1. Booking

 

 

• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date/time.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

• Sessions are not considered booked until the retainer is received.

 

 

2. Rescheduling

 

 

• Clients may reschedule one time with at least 72 hr notice.

• Reschedules requested with less notice may require a new retainer.

• King Lee Photography LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies.

 

 

3. Cancellations

 

 

• Retainers are non-refundable.

• If the client cancels completely, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at photographer’s discretion.

 

 

4. Late Arrivals

 

 

• Sessions start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened shooting time.

• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

 

 

5. No-Shows

 

 

• If the client does not arrive and has not contacted the photographer, the session is forfeited with no refund.

 

 

6. Turnaround Time

 

 

• Edited images will be delivered within 7-10 days after the client submit their selection of edits

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

 

 

7. Editing & Additional Edits

• Clients will receive the number of edited corresponding to the package they purchase.

• Additional edits or re-edits beyond the included amount may be requested for an additional fee of $50 per image.

• King Lee Photography LLC does not release unedited or RAW files unless stated different with package

• Clients will have up to 30 minutes after the session to select their preferred photos, if applicable (for in-person selection sessions).

• King Lee Photography LLC will guide clients through the process to ensure the best results.

• Clients may purchase RAW files separately for an additional fee

• RAW files are provided as-is, without edits or color correction.

• King Lee Photography LLC retains all copyright and usage rights to RAW files; purchase grants usage rights only as agreed.

 

 

8. Image Use

 

 

• King Lee Photography LLC retains copyright of all images.

• Clients receive usage rights for personal use, sharing, and printing.

• Commercial use (including album covers, ads, etc.) requires a licensing agreement.

9. Liability

 

 

• King Lee Photography LLC  is not responsible for any injury, accidents, or property damage that may occur during the session.

• Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests during the shoot.

• King Lee Photography LLC is not liable for compromised coverage due to client lateness, restrictions at locations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or illness preventing the photographer from completing the session, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or a refund of monies paid.

 

10. Client Responsibility

 

 

• Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session.

• Clients are responsible for bringing outfits, props, and any specific items they want included in their photos.

• Parents/guardians must be present for minors under 18.

• Clients are responsible for securing any required location permits, permissions, or fees unless otherwise agreed.

• King Lee Photography LLC is not responsible for delays or missed shots due to the client’s lateness, lack of preparation, or failure to follow session guidelines.
